4.1 ) Ensure Uniformity of Workpiece
For uniformly heating the workpiece, the only way is to improve the uniformity of furnace temperature. As far as the gas fired furnace, to achieve temperature uniformity, best way is to enhance air circulation. For high temperature, large size furnace, the main measures to strengthen air stirring, with an agitation speed up to 100 spray m / s, so to achieve the purpose of uniform temperature.
However, only high-speed air flow can not achieve good temperature uniformity, because the supply of high-speed airflow by flame will bring a lot of energy, and temperature will be increased. The solution is to fire the burner one after another, and burners are also working temporarily one after another, thus to form a cycle, thus the supply of energy just to add artifacts and other heat-absorbing and furnace heat losses. The impulse combustion control ensures temperature uniformity, and extends service life of all combustion equipment.
4.2 ) Furnace Lining Feature
In order to quickly heat up the furnace, save energy consumption, and control sensitively, roof, side and back wall lining adopts full fiber structure. The British WELLMAN production company dedicated anchoring technology, fiber block with 40% pre-compression molding of the structure. To increase the strength of the furnace frame, in the furnace bottom and bogie parts bonded brick building with fire-resistant fibers. The structure has the following characteristics:
A. Light weight, less heat storage
B. Good insulation, furnace wall is low-temperature (the side surface of furnace temperature rise of less than +45 ºC).
C. Compared with the traditional brick lining, it can increase energy utilization efficiency of about 20%, saving energy, reduce the running cost, fast return on investment.
4.3) Bogie Features
Bogie is traveling on the wheel, drive smooth and reliable. Using gear-drive, easy to use and maintenance during operation, Drive motor is not effect from heat, the bogie is driven by two sets of gear.
4.4) Door Lifting
The door is vertically moving up and down with driven force by electric hoist sprocket.
4.5) Security measure
the corresponding movement of the surface lubrication oiling device, and to take a reliable dust-proof measures to ensure good lubrication of the lubrication points, safe and reliable. The whole system of devices, including natural gas, compressed air, combustion air, mechanical drive, the furnace pressure and exhaust system, equipped with chain protection, alarm, metering, automatic adjustment, so as to ensure the safe operation of equipment.
4.6) The control system
It includes computer, PLC control and instruments systems. Control cabinet housing and support facilities, are connecting with grounding protection, both meets the national electrical standards.
5. Configuration of Equipment
The gas fired heat treatment furnace mainly consists of furnace body(include furnace lining), furnace door and its lifting device, rapid cooling device, bogieand its driving device, sealing device, combustion system, kinds of piping work and its pressure control system, furnace pressure control and pre-heating system, and electrical control system.
