Product Description

A.      Equipment Purpose
This equipment is mainly used for the cylinder head gasket annealing
B. equipment feature: 
This equipment is designed as chamber structure, the products is manually loaded in trolley, and then transferred into furnace chamber.

Equipment consists of the furnace shell, lining, heating systems, door lifting mechanism, trolley, electronic control systems and other components

1,  The furnace shell is made of profiled  steel and steel plate, housing for δ = A3 of 3mm steel plate welded to the housing structure, keep the lining inside to form a complete body. steel plate welded continuously to ensure the seal.

2,  Lining: all-fiber lining layer overlay structure. This structure has a low thermal conductivity, low hot melt, excellent chemical stability, thermal stability, thermal shock resistance and excellent in tensile strength. Aluminum silicate fiber cotton can be temperature 1000 ºC, density of up to 180kg / m3. Lining thickness of 220mm. Lining made after forming the lining is also laid in the outer layer of heat-resistant stainless steel plate, the thickness of the furnace lining plate δ1.5.

3,  Heating system: electric heating or gas heating in two ways, when electrically heated, burner withdrawn and sealed with a fiber block, when required gas heating, electric heating tube extraction and use plug seal the hole

4,  Door lifting mechanism: lift door by, gear, sheave, bearings, sprockets, door latch components. Lift the door to the implementation by motor reversing. The weight of the ramp to the door pressed pressing way.
In order to ensure safe operation, the upper oven door is equipped with limit switches and door chain lifting action, when the door is open, that is itself cut off electric power to ensure operator safety.

5,Front Trolley: Front sliding trolley made of high quality steel, trolley is driven by  reducer, sprockets, chains, drive shaft.

6,the electronic control system:
6.1 Electrically heating:
Temperature control using the Japanese electric temperature controller, depending on the temperature in the furnace thermocouple feedback signal, sending power regulator handle and trigger the SCR, accurate control of the furnace temperature; each district to control the main circuit are equipped there are circuit breakers, fast fuse, AC contactor, etc., overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, over-temperature, quickly cut off the main circuit, high reliability and security.

6.2 Gas heating:
 Temperature controller adopts Japanese product, according to the furnace thermocouple feedback signal, after the instrument operation, the output valve position control signal, continuously adjustable output power of the combustion engine to control the furnace heating load within the district according to the process.
Burner head of the pressure regulator within a certain range, and equipped with a pressure indicator, and the pressure is too high, the low pressure switch for detecting the change of gas pressure at the burner to work, the first state in a small fire, combustion air supply controller automatically opens the solenoid valve to the burner by the ignition electrode of the ignition, the ignition is normal, the combustion in accordance with the output signal of the instrument, work, if within a certain period of time the flame signal is not detected, it is immediately shut off the air supply solenoid valve, while the audible alarm signal

7,Mechanical Transmission:
Mechanical control adopts a Siemens S7-200 programmable logic controller (PLC) to complete, modular programming techniques, freely configurable input and output points, the main task in controlling the following areas.
