It is supplied for powder coating process for steel plate/sheet. After coating, the steel sheet surface is smooth, no spot, or air hole, thickness of paint is above 60μm. Anti- corrosion test is above 240hours.

Working Flow of the complete line :
- Steel cleaning (first step );
- Steel re-cleaning (2nd step);
- Blowing water at surface of the steel sheet (first step);
- Drying of the steel sheet;
- Powder coating;
- Manually touch up;
- Curing oven heating
- Naturally cool down;
