Product Description

1. inlet and exhausting system
The whole process of material sintering is effectively protected by nitrogen. The whole furnace atmosphere is adjusted according to user requirements and can be adjusted according to the process requirements. A digital mass flow meter is provided on the manifold to display the timely and cumulative flow of nitrogen. Each inlet point is equipped with a flow meter and a regulating valve, and the process personnel can adjust the intake air amount according to the requirements. There are 10 atmosphere sampling points and 4 pressure monitoring points in the whole furnace.
Exchange chamber:
Exchange chamber air intake: equipped with a large flow nitrogen line (30m3/h) and a small flow nitrogen line (6m3/h). Large flow of nitrogen is used for cleaning in the chamber, and small flow of nitrogen is used for holding pressure in the chamber. The size of the flow has a control system to control the automatic switching.
Exchange chamber exhausting: The top of the replacement tank is equipped with an exhaust port, and the water seal automatic (constant pressure) exhaust valve. By adjusting the height of the water level, the exhaust pressure is adjusted to ensure that the pressure in the chamber is stable and consistent with the pressure at the interface of the furnace. A pressure detection point is set in the displacement chamber, and the pressure in the chamber is displayed through a pressure gauge.
The inlet and exhaust pipes are made of 304 stainless steel.
Heating up section:
Gas inlet of heating section: This section is provided with a plurality of nitrogen inlet points. After each inlet point of nitrogen enters the furnace, it enters the heating chamber in two ways, and then enters the furnace after being preheated by the heating chamber, so that the furnace atmosphere is uniform. It ensures that the gas is in full contact with the product and facilitates the discharge of moisture.
Exhaust in the heating section: There are 18 exhaust points in the top of this section, and one set of regulating valves is arranged in each exhaust point to facilitate the adjustment of the exhaust volume, ensuring that the exhaust gas discharged from the material heating process is discharged out of the furnace in time, while ensuring the furnace. Each exhaust pipe is filled with a ceramic lining to the stainless steel pipe inside the furnace body, and a ceramic ball valve is added, which is connected by the exhaust pipe and sent to the exhaust gas treatment system pipe through the fan.
Supporting centrifugal high temperature induced draft fan, frequency control, air volume is 1.5 times of maximum air intake.
The inlet and exhaust pipes are made of 304 stainless steel.
Holding and cooling section:
Gas intake: This section is provided with a plurality of nitrogen inlet points. After each inlet point of nitrogen enters the furnace, it enters the heating chamber in two ways, and then enters the furnace after being preheated by the heating chamber. Nitrogen is discharged from the rising section exhaust port.
2. insulation structure
The furnace structure and the furnace material are specially designed according to the material firing process. Anti-corrosion, excellent heat insulation effect, small heat capacity, energy saving and environmental protection
Side wall structure: The side wall is made of 230mm lightweight mullite brick, and 200mm aluminum silicate acupuncture blanket is stacked.
Top wall structure: The top wall of the heating and constant temperature section is a vaulted structure, which is made of 230mm lightweight brick and is covered with a 200mm aluminum silicate acupuncture blanket. The slow cooling section and the aisle section are tiled with porcelain tubes (φ60mm), and 200mm aluminum silicate acupuncture blankets are stacked.
Bottom wall structure: It is made of light mullite brick + insulation brick + ceramic fiber board
3. furnace housing
The main frame of the furnace body: sealed by national standard profiles and plates, and the furnace body is made in sections. Each section is sealed with flange and silicone pad, which is pressed by bolts to ensure sealing.
Heating and transmission box sealing box: In order to achieve the whole furnace sealing effect, the electric furnace wire leading end and the two ends of the stick are arranged in a sealed box, the sealing box is designed to facilitate the maintenance structure, the sealing box and the furnace body are sealed and welded, the cover plate and the sealing box are used. They are sealed with a silicone pad. Each sealed box is provided with one inlet of nitrogen gas, and the nitrogen gas enters the furnace body from the gap between the stick and the furnace body. The heating wire is led out by the terminal.
