This equipment is mainly designed for heat treatment steel alloy, large size bogie bon steel, castings, forging parts, and other metal products.
2 Design Theory
1)To ensure items are heated uniformly, combustion system adopts high speed impulse type burner which evenly distributed inside furnace chamber. The furnace is divided into 4 zones. And each heating zone is mounted with 4 sets of burners.
2)The bogie is driven by motor which equipped at front of bogie . It is easy to operation and driving motor is not affected by high temperature.
3)Furnace lining adopts full fiber structure. This kind of structure ensures temperature rapidly heated up; reduce overall size of furnace body, save raw material cost, and cut down energy consumption volume.
4)Furnace door is vertically lifted or lowered down by electrical wire hoist.
5)Fume is expelled out of furnace chamber through 2exhausting ducts which design at one top end of furnace body, transferred to main exhausting line, and then fume is flowing out of working shop.
Heat exchanger is installed in exhausting pipe work which supplied for pre-heat combustion air.
6)Sealing Device adopts pneumatic clasping method.
7) Safety Measurement: all mechanism moving parts are designed with centering lubrication system. Reliable dust prevention measurement is considered.
8)Control System:It consists of instruments, PLC , and industrial computer. It stably controls the mechanism actions of the whole working process. All data can be pre-set in instruments or computer. Earthing wire is installed with control cabinet which meets the Electricity National Standard.
