It is mainly designed for heat treatment those defected welded castings, its characteristics are as following:

Perfect self diagnose and self checking function, once any part of the furnace is failure, the failure part will be displayed on touchable screen which enable operator eliminates it immediately.
Reliable and stable running condition, operating boxes are located at loading and unloading position, when commissioning or maintaining of the furnace, operator can use the operating boxes. Emergency buttons are designed on operating boxes, once failure or mis-operation, press emergency button, the furnace will stop running.
Equipped with aural-visual alarm.
Unloading door open;
Pulling machine pulls out the workpieces to unloading position;
Empty tray is transferred to loading position by lateral-transferring chain conveyor;
Load workpieces on tray;
Feeding door open;
Workpieces are pushed inside of furnace chamber;
Unloading door open,
Weld the defect parts of castings;
Back lateral-transferring chain conveyor delivers wokpieces to pushing position;
Feeding door of annealing furnace open;
Back pushing machine pushes workpieces;
Waiting for next unloading signal.
It mainly consists of pushing machine, lateral chain conveyor, repair-welded heating and annealing furnace, slow cooling chamber, pulling machine, tray, hydraulic station, gas system, exhausting system, and electrical control system.
