1. Heat Treatment chamber:
 
-                  Max. operating temperature: 550 °C,
-                  Heating with natural gas (Option: Electrical heating),
-                  In case of natural gas heating: chimney and dust filter included,
-                  Calculation for the energy consumption (unit kWh) is part of the quotation,
-                  Indirect heating - use muffle furnace concept,
-                  Description of insulation material incl. MSDS necessary,
-                  Max. outside temperature = ambient temperature + 45 °C,
-                  Consider lock units on the ENTRY and EXIT side to reduce the energy loss keep the temperature inside the furnace stable,
-                  Consider the homogeneous temperature within the complete interior space of the furnace, ventilation preferred. Avoid hot spots,
-                  Consider the layout in segments, for potential future capacity extension,
-                  Robust and low-maintenance drive units (description in quotation is necessary),
-                  Outside construction: Carbon steel,
-                  Inside construction: Stainless steel DIN EN 1.4301/1.4016 or ASTM 304/430, continuously seam welded,
 
 
2. Cooling zone:
 
-                  cooling zone included in the safety area,
-                  cooling supported by air fan ventilation,
-                  when the parts come out of the cooling zone, the product's temperature should be approx. 50 °C to 60 °C so that they can be handled by workers with gloves.
 
 
3.  Process Control
 
-                  Process flow inside the safety area fully automated following operator program, incl. temperature control and permanent temperature measurement and documentation on data carrier,
-                  Data carrier HDD, USB output (to be locked by BIOS),
-                  Connection to the GFSZ server (details to be developed),
-                  Documentation of heat treatment batches with time stamp,
-                  Alarm messages on operator panel in case of deviation of process parameters incl. blocking of the potentially affected parts in the server,
-                  Dimensional check by gauge (provided by GF Suzhou),
-                  Check of mechanical properties (duty of GF Suzhou),
