This gas-fired double bogie car bottom furnace is mainly designed for stress relieving, annealing, normalizing and tempering of alloy steel parts and forged part and so on. It consists of 1 heating furnace, double door and lifting devices, double bogie and travelling devices, sealing device, combustion device, exhausting system, and electrical control system.
3.1 To ensure the uniform heating of workpieces, the only way is to improve the temperature uniformity of the furnace chamber by the well arrangement of burners. Usually, the burners shall be well arranged at the lower part of both sides of the furnace.
3.2 To rise the temperature rapidly, save energy, improve control sensitive, the lining adopts refractory fiber which featured with the following characteristics:
a. Light weight, low heat storage, easy to control, capable of control sensitivity;
b. Simple structure, easy to maintain and long service life;
c. High insulation value and low skin temperature (less than 45ºC).
Bottom furnace is constructed with light weight insulation brick and high-aluminum heavy brick. And special cushion iron shall be placed on the lining for carrying the workpieces. The sealing adopts the Belgian technology, two cylinders are installed at both sides of the furnace respectively, it shall be compressed with the furnace hearth tightly through lever device.
3.3 The sealing of door adopts Belgian technology. Loosen 4 compressing cylinders in door frame prior to open the door, the door shall be lifted up and open driven by the motor. While closing the door, fall the door in place firstly, then 4 cylinders shall be compressed tightly with the door.
3.4 Furnace Body:
It is made of high quality steel plate and formed steel and welded together. Such kind of structure provides a nice appearance, high rigidity, less distortion, the service life of the furnace body is more than 10 years. In addition, the outer surface is coated with a layer of anti-rust paint and high silver powder paint.
It adopts compound design where the peripheral furnace lining is made of fiber folding blocks which is a new typed energy-saving material fully. Its weight is only 1/8 of refractory bricks lining and energy saving is up to 30%. It adopts the installation method of fix the special riveted parts onto the steel plates, this structure has the best tensile strength and highest temperature resistant ability is 1460 degree, the density of folding block is 230 kg/ m3. After the lining being made, it will be applied high temperature solidification agent to increase the surface intensity and to prevent the heat from being go through the liner. The most advantage of this structure is that it will be repaired easily after it is damaged, in which, broken folding blocks can be replaced easily, its shelf life is above 5 years.
