Quenching tank mainly consists of quenching tank, inside transfer supporting rack, stirring device, quenching rack for charge basket and its lifting device. Quenching Tank Body
It is made of high quality steel plate and formed steel and welded into box type. It has adequate rigid and strength. Effective capacity of the quenching tank is 32m3. for easy transportation, tank body is partially fabricated and will be assembly at buyer's shop. 
Four sides and bottom of tank are supported by 14# profiled steel, tank plate is made of stainless steel (thickness: 6mm). Welding parts between formed steels adopts continuous-welding method, and welding parts between formed steel and steel plate adopts spot-welding method, which with a distance about 50/200. Welding parts between steel plates adopts continuous-welding method. Tank will be fixed with foundation imbedded gasket. Thus the whole tank body has reliable and stable structure.
Maintaining platform, ladder, and safety fence are designed with the tank. 

Over flow trough is designed at proper position of the tank. Filtering net, drain hole and slag removing hole are designed at bottom of quenching tank.  Lifting rack and roller conveyor inside of tank
It mainly consists of steel framework, roller, driving speed reducer, lifting orientation device, and lifting rack device.

Lifting rack inside of quenching tank is shaped into cradle type, at bottom is designed with rollers. Basket will be discharged out of furnace chamber, delivered to lifting rack, and then immerged inside of quenching water.  So strength and stability of lifting rack is extremely critical fact for reliable running.

Lift rack is made of high strength large scale formed steel and continuously welded together to form an integrate framework.   Welding between formed steel and steel plate adopts spot-welding method with a distance about 50/200. Steel plates are continuously welded together.

Rollers are made of stainless steel pipe. To avoid basket sliding to one side, positioning collars are designed at two ends of each roller. Roller conveyor is driven by motor, sprocket wheel, and chain. Distance between roller is 305mm. Frequency converter which supplied by Siemens is designed for regulating motor driving speed. Motor is supplied by SEW , German.

Lifting orientation device: it composes of guiding post, running wheel, and guiding pulley. Spring gushing type stirrer
It is mounted at bottom of quenching tank. The high pressure spray nozzles are arranged at effective range of quenching tank. High pressure nozzles are crossly placed at bottom of quenching tank. It ensures work pieces uniformly cooling down, free of deformation.

The stirring system consists of suction port, nozzle, pump, pipe, and valves. Heater for quenching liquid
It adopts tube type heater which has simple structure, and easy to replace.  Quenching Liquid Level Checking Device
To ensure the quenching system can efficiently running, liquid level inspectors are mounted with quenching tank. If liquid level is too low, quenching process could not be performed. High liquid level controller, lowest liquid level controller are installed in the tank.

1.5.4 Transfer skip  Supporting Rack of Transfer Trolley
Framework of it is made of formed steel which cross arranged together. Each transverse beam is reinforced by same formed steel. Which ensures supporting rack has adequate strength and rigid. Travelling Roller Conveyor for transfer trolley
Roller is made of seamless steel pipe. To ensure basket smooth travelling, each roller is designed positioning collar.

Roller conveyor is driven by motor, sprocket wheel, and chain. Travelling speed is controlled by Siemens frequency transducer. At transfer area, one working position is designed at this section, so that to ensure automatic running purpose. Motor is selected from SEW German.
