Product Description
 Specification of work pieces and technical parameter
1.1 Annual production rate of this equipment:
450,000 pieces of cylinder block.                                                                                         
1.2 The facility will operate at least on 8 hours per shift, 3 shifts per day (24 hrs.), 72 pieces per hour, and 260 working days per year, so as to meet production requirements.
1.3 Dimension of charge basket: L1500×W1500×H600mm, 3 layers.

 1.4 Production rate Calculating Method 
Numbers of cylinder block in each tray/basket: 12 pieces
(One stacker which is equal to 3 sets of trays will be discharged out of furnace per cycle, one stacker includes 3 sets of trays/baskets, that means 36 pieces of cylinder block will be charged out per cycle. )
Cycle Time:
30min/stacker (one stacker includes 3 trays)
Hourly production rate:
60min÷30min/stacker×36pieces/stacker=72pieces/h
Annual Production:
72pcs/ /h×24h×260days/year=449280 pcs/year

Above formula clearly shows the equipment working cycle and production rate.
As working cycle and burner combustion power can be adjusted,

If production rate is basic on 75pcs/h, and working cycle is 28.8min/cycle,
Heating time in solution furnace is 102min;
Soaking time in solution furnace is 330min;
Heating time in aging furnace is 79.2min;
Soaking time in aging furnace is 180min,
Hourly production rate:
60min÷28.8min/cylce×36pcs/stacker=75pcs/h
Annual Production rate:
75pcs/ /h×24h×260days/year=468000pcs/year
