This pit type RJ3-380-7 pit type annealing furnace is specially supplied for heat treatment of steel products under high temperature.
Environmental requirements of the furnace:
Altitude shall be within 1000m.
1.2. Ambient temperature is around 5~40ºC.
1.3. Average humidity per month is about 90%.
1.4 It shall be free from dusty, explosive gas, or corrosive gas.
1.5. No violent vibration around the equipment.
3 Brief Introduction of Equipment Structure
It consists of furnace shell, lining, furnace lid, lifting device of furnace lid, hot air circulating system, fast cooling system, muffle, furnace base, heating elements protective system and its electronic system.
3.1 Furnace Shell
It is in cylindrical shape which made of rolled steel plate. Thickness of the steel plate is 5mm. such kind of structure provide a proper appearance, rigid form with a longer service life. For easy transportation, main furnace body is divides into two parts(upper part and lower part, and the two parts will be reassembled at buyer's shop .
3.2 furnace lining
Whole furnace lining is made of alumina silicate fiber modular and pre-compressed by 30%, fiber is fixed with furnace wall by special riveting components. It can save energy, has less heat storage, good insulation performance, is easy to maintenance, and has a more longer service life.
3.3 furnace lid and its lifting device
Furnace lid adopts A3 steel plate, inner plate of furnace lid is made of SUS309 heat resistance steel plate. Middle layer of it is firmly packed with alumina silicate fiber. Thermocouple hole, exhausting vent are designed at furnace lid. To ensure a good heating uniformity purpose, furnace temperature is checked by the thermocouple. Sealing between furnace lid and muffle adopts double fiber packing ropes which are knitted with stainless steel wire. Specification of packing ropes: 30×30mm. meanwhile, pressing bolts are mounted at furnace lid. Furnace lid is driven by a sets of 5.5 Kw motor, with help form counterweight device, furnace lid is lifted/or lower down by lifting lever. As furnace lid lifted in place, manually moves lid away from furnace body, then loading/unloading steel wire/rod in/out of furnace chamber. To ensure safety operation, the moment furnace lid is lifted power supply of the furnace will be cut off which controlled by limited switch, all heating elements will stop work.
